Post-based and patrol assignments at HOAs, commercial properties and schools.

Patrol Officer
Inland Empire / LA
Operate marked patrol vehicles across multiple accounts each shift.
- Valid CA driver's license
- Clean MVR
- Guard Card
- Comfortable with technology
Dispatcher
Operations Center
Coordinate officers, calls, alarms and camera events from our 24/7 ops center.
- Multitasking under pressure
- Clear radio voice
- Computer proficiency
- Prior dispatch a plus
Field Supervisor
Los Angeles, San Bernardino & Inland Empire
Lead a region of officers, audit posts and support client relationships.
- 3+ yrs security/law enforcement
- Leadership experience
- Reporting skills
- Guard Card / EFP
Requirements
What we look for
We hire for character first. Training we can provide — integrity, reliability and communication have to come from you.
- Minimum 18 years of age (21 for armed roles)
- Valid California ID or driver's license
- Ability to pass background check & drug screen
- BSIS Guard Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- English fluency; bilingual a plus
